Sushi Workshop 01/10

Discover the art of sushi!

During this 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of sushi-making: how to cook and season sushi rice, prepare different fillings (fish, vegetarian, etc.), and master rolling techniques.

Together, we’ll create several varieties — hosomaki, uramaki (“California rolls”), and nigiri — and enjoy your homemade creations with a comforting miso soup.


 What’s included in the price:

– A welcome snack

– All ingredients for the sushi and side dishes

– Two glasses of wine, or a kombucha, or a hot drink

– Unlimited water throughout the workshop

– A recipe card to take home, so you can recreate the experience

Duration: 3 hours

Participants: limited to 8, to ensure a friendly atmosphere and personalized guidance
