Meals & Orders

How to place an order?

Nothing could be simpler: visit our e-shop, choose your dishes, and confirm your cart. Orders are placed exclusively online.

What are the deadlines for placing or modifying an order?

Orders (and modifications) are possible until Friday noon for pickup or delivery the following Monday or Tuesday.

To modify an order before this deadline, please send us an email at banzai.brussels@gmail.com. After this deadline, it will be considered final.

Can I cancel an order?

Our dishes are prepared to order and are perishable, so the law does not provide for a right of withdrawal. However, as a commercial gesture, you can cancel until noon on the Thursday before delivery, at no charge. Please send us an email at banzai.brussels@gmail.com.

Where and when can I pick up my order?

Pickups are at Atelier Banzaï – Boulevard Louis Schmidt 2B, 1040 Etterbeek, during the times selected at the time of your order (details in the confirmation email).

If you have an unexpected conflict, please let us know before the agreed time slot so we can find a solution.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, for the municipalities of Etterbeek, Ixelles, Woluwe-St-Lambert, and Woluwe-St-Pierre. For any order starting from €35, delivery is available for €5. It is free for purchases over €65. Otherwise, you can pick up your box at the Atelier in Etterbeek.

Do I need to be present for the delivery?

Yes, ideally. If you cannot be there, please leave us clear instructions (e.g., at a neighbor's). Note: once delivered, maintaining the cold chain is your responsibility.

Cooking Workshops

Where do the workshops take place?

At our Banzaï Atelier, Boulevard Louis Schmidt 2B, 1040 Etterbeek. Clear instructions will be provided in the confirmation email.

What is the minimum number of participants?

A workshop is confirmed with a minimum of 4 registered participants and accommodates a maximum of 8 people to maintain a friendly atmosphere.

You are already 4 or more and want a moment just for yourselves? Good news: the workshop can be privatized!

To do this, send us an email at banzai.brussels@gmail.com by specifying the chosen workshop, the desired date, and the number of participants.

If you do not request privatization, the workshop remains open to the public and the group will be mixed.

Are the workshops suitable for children or vegetarians?

For children: upon request, certain workshops can be adapted if they are privatized. However, a minimum age of 8 years for participants is still required.

For vegetarians: we always offer suitable or alternative recipes. Just specify it when making the reservation.

What if I have to cancel?

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your workshop or dinner.

If you cancel more than 5 days in advance, the full amount will be refunded.
If you cancel between 5 and 2 days before the event, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance or fail to attend on the day, no refund will be possible.

What should I bring?

Everything essential is provided on-site! Just come with your good mood, but if you wish, you can bring an apron and a container to take home any leftovers if there are any!

Gift Cards

How do your gift cards work?

Upon purchase, you will receive a unique code to use when booking a workshop.

Are they valid for all products and services?

They are valid for the mealboxes of the week as well as for cooking workshops and supper clubs. They are not valid for catering and private chef services.

What is their validity period?

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Products & Allergies

Do your dishes contain allergens?

Yes, allergens are always listed on the product sheet. However, slight traces of any allergen may be present in the meal boxes.

Can I request an accommodation for a specific diet?

We do not make custom modifications for meal boxes, but our site offers filters for "vegetarian," "gluten-free," and "lactose-free" to help you choose.

For supper clubs and workshops, just specify it when making the reservation and we will make sure to adapt the menu. In case of multiple severe allergies, please ask us in advance about the menu's adaptability before making a reservation.

Access to the Workshop

How to get to the Workshop?

By public transport: We are just a stone's throw from the Arsenal stop (tram and bus) and 7 minutes from the Pétillon metro stop (line 5).

By bike: You can lock your bike in front of the building (Banzaï disclaims all responsibility in case of theft).

By car: Parking is generally easy on Chaussée de Wavre and nearby areas (paid until 7 PM).
